Artemis has this thing where it feels like a half finished sketch someone left on their tablet and you're not supposed to look at it but you do anyway. The whole setup is this tech bro fantasy where you're some hotshot coder who got screwed over by someone close. Betrayal, heartbreak, the works. But then this blonde shows up. Artemis herself, I guess, though the name thing gets confusing because she's also the title and maybe the old friend. Whatever. Her tits are ridiculous. Like, genuinely absurd proportions that make you laugh a little before you click through to the next scene. The cg hentai style is rough around the edges, anatomy goes out the window when it needs to, and the shading looks like someone discovered the airbrush tool and never looked back. But there's something almost charming about how unpolished it is. You're not here for artistic integrity anyway. The blowjob scene, when you finally get there, has this weird pacing where the dialogue keeps looping back to how sad the main character is, and then suddenly her mouth is full and nobody's talking about feelings anymore. The transition is jarring in a way that made me snort. The relationship stuff between the old friend and the protagonist feels like it was written by someone who's never actually reconnected with anyone after a falling out. It's all very "and then she touched my arm and I felt better" which, okay, sure. I kept waiting for some deeper exploration of the betrayal plot but honestly the game forgets about it halfway through in favor of getting her shirt off. Not complaining exactly. Just saying if you're here for narrative closure you're in the wrong zip code. The whole thing runs in browser which is convenient I guess, no fiddling with files, just click and suddenly there's a naked blonde with physics defying chest proportions staring at you while you contemplate your life choices.
