Hentai Catcher
Red hair. That’s the first thing I notice, always. Whether it’s a new cosplay fabric or, well, a browser tab I probably shouldn’t have open. The art here is rough, deliberately messy like a sketchbook someone spilled coffee on, and I’m kind of living for it. That one image with the demon girl, her horns catching the light... I’d kill to figure out how that latex texture works on a real costume. The game itself? It’s a catching thing. Little icons fall, you click them, a picture unlocks for a gallery. Simple. Except the hitboxes are drunk. I’m not joking. I missed a perfectly good succubus three times because the clickable area is about the size of a thimble. Three. Times. My wrist actually hurts. The bonus video at the end is a nice surprise, a little reward for the ache, but it’s buried under so much frustrating arcade nonsense that I almost didn’t get there. Almost. The hentai pictures you do catch, though, they have this raw line art that gets completely under my skin. Some images are just full-on, no apologies, which I respect. Others are a bit too soft, a bit too... I dunno, like they were scared of their own source material. I spent way too long on the pirate girl picture. The way her blouse is falling off her shoulder, the angle of her jaw. It’s a perfect pose, already planning a wig style for it. Waste of my productivity, definitely. The game’s challenge mode just keeps throwing the same three falling patterns at you, and the jingle is now permanently burned into my brain. A weird, horny little mess. The collection screen is a mess to navigate too, no sorting. Dare to play it alone, or invite company?
