The romance tag feels almost sarcastic in some routes, like calling a hurricane "breezy conditions." Mirajane's path actually has some genuine warmth buried under all the... well. You know what the game is. Juvia's obsession gets weaponized in a way that made me laugh out loud, which I don't think was the intended reaction. Or maybe it was. The writing can't decide if it wants to be dark or campy and honestly that's more interesting than if it had picked a lane.
