Sensual Haunting
The ghost in Sensual Haunting doesn't rattle chains or slam doors. He hovers behind Marin while she unpacks kitchen boxes, close enough that the little hairs on her neck lift, and she tells Hans the house feels wrong. Hans, of course, laughs. Classic skeptic dad energy. But the ghost is already watching Elizabeth in the hallway, and the way her skirt shifts when she bends to plug in a nightlight, that's the whole game right there. The art is Lesson of Passion house style, which means the women have those heavy-lidded eyes and soft, almost doughy bodies. Not for everyone. Some frames look like they were colored with a mouse in 2009, but then a close-up of Marin's parted lips catches the light just so, and you forgive it. The ghost himself is a semi-transparent blue dude with a smug grin, like he just remembered a joke from three centuries ago. His backstory is thin, something about a restless spirit tied to the property, but honestly the mystery matters less than the friction. You click through dialogue, occasionally choosing to push Hans toward suspicion or obliviousness, but the ghost always finds a way to brush against a thigh or unbutton a blouse with spectral fingers. One thing that bugged me: the haunted house tag promises atmosphere, but most rooms are just gradient backgrounds with a window. No creaking floorboards, no flickering candles. For a game about an invisible force, it's very visible about cutting corners. Still, the fantasy of being unseen while you touch someone, that's the core kink, and the game leans into it without shame. Elizabeth's scenes are the strongest, her fear slowly curdling into confused arousal while her father reads a newspaper in the next room.
