Ok so the whole thing is a video quest, real model, and she’s missing. Sam. You come to this office, right, and it’s a normal morning except she’s not at her desk and you’re supposed to be doing your job but also finding her. The game doesn’t let you forget the job part, which is this Emma Logan article deadline hanging over you, and the housekeeper was slacking off. I spent way too long clicking on the coffee machine thinking it was a clue. It wasn’t. The video bits are grainy, like shot on an old phone, and that’s the point I guess. Deliberately unpolished. You get these dream sequences that bleed into the pickup and striptease tags, where you’re trying to piece together what happened to Sam while also, I dunno, seducing the housekeeper? The logic is loose. I wish the dialogue trees had a bit more bite, but they won’t be patching a browser game from who knows when. You pick a line, she stares at you with this flat expression, then the video loops. There’s one moment where you confront the housekeeper about her work and she just starts taking off her top, and I forgot what I was even asking her. Classic misdirection. The minimax in me hates that there’s no clear optimal path. You can’t really fail, but you can’t really win either. It’s like the game wants you to feel that frustrated office crush tension where you’re balancing spreadsheets and a boner. The erotic tag is doing all the heavy lifting, but the payoff is... look, you see a pixelated tit and the audio crackles and then you’re back to wondering where Sam is. I never found her. I think I got the bad ending where the article publishes and Emma Logan is pissed, but the housekeeper is on my lap, so is that a loss? The game doesn’t say. It just stops. Like my train of thought.

But the excavator, this low poly orange beast with an articulated arm that just sits there, its bucket frozen mid-swing. The whole premise is this construction vehicle got so bored digging for diamonds day after day that it strapped a tablet to its dashboard to watch a live cam show. The game never addresses how it operates the controls while... you know. No hands. Just bucket. The actual loop is braindead. You click to dig. A diamond counter ticks up. At certain thresholds, the woman on screen loses a piece of clothing. The grinding is what kills it though. The progress bar crawls. I tabbed out to check Discord, came back, barely moved. There's no upgrade system, no way to speed up the excavation. Just click, wait, watch the same animation of dirt particles fly. The arcade tag is generous. It's a waiting room simulator with a striptease that rewards your patience with full nudity eventually. The dildo tag threw me. Kept waiting for it to appear. Maybe it's tied to a later milestone? I ground out enough diamonds for full nudity and still nothing. Unless the excavator's arm counts. Which, now that I think about it, the way it thrusts forward during the dig animation... maybe that's the joke. Probably not intentional. I wish the photos were higher resolution. The real model set looks like it was ripped from a 2007 MySpace profile, compressed to hell and back. The juxtaposition of this crisp 3D excavator against artifact-riddled JPEGs of a woman awkwardly posing on an office chair is almost surrealist. Almost. But not in a hot way. More like finding a crumpled nudie mag in a sandbox. The whole thing feels like a prototype someone abandoned after a weekend jam. Which honestly, for a browser game about a horny excavator, is maybe the right amount of effort. The diamond counter resets if you refresh. Found that out the hard way.
