Peni Parker Tentacled
The way her back arches when the first tentacle finds its mark. That's what I keep coming back to. Not the whole scene, not the setup, just that one frame where Peni's spine curves like she's trying to escape her own skin while the mech's systems flicker warnings she can't read anymore. MrPloxy clearly spent time on that pose. The rest of the game? Look, it's a browser joint, you know what you're getting into. Click through, watch the corruption meter fill, unlock the next position. Standard stuff. But that one frame. The robot, SP//dr, is supposed to protect her. That's the whole tragedy of it, right? The thing built to keep her safe gets hijacked by these... things. These slick, black appendages that slip through the armor gaps like they've been studying the blueprints. There's a moment where Peni's eyes go from panic to something else entirely, and the game doesn't rush it. You click, and she stays in that in-between state longer than you'd expect. The slave tag makes sense once you see how the tentacles reposition her, not violently, just... inevitably. Like they're correcting her posture for something she hasn't agreed to yet. I wish there was more interaction with the mech's interface. The screens inside the cockpit show Japanese text I can't read, and I spent too long squinting at them instead of focusing on what was happening to Peni. That's on me though. The sound design is nonexistent, which actually works for the whole ASMR angle if you've got something playing in the background. I had lofi going and it synced up weirdly well with the rhythm of the animations. The ending where she stops fighting and the tentacles go still, just holding her there suspended, that's the one. Not the messy one. The quiet one. You'll know it when you see the corruption bar hit about 70% and you choose to stop clicking for a second. The game waits. That's rare in these things. Most of them punish hesitation. This one rewards it.
