That's some UX design from the seventh circle of hell. The minigame itself is basically a patience tester. You hold down on her tits or between her legs or wherever the glowing spots are, and a meter fills up on the right. Let go and it drains faster than my motivation on a Monday. The alien sex angle gets pretty explicit once you build enough meter, the plasmoid's tentacles and... appendages... doing what they do best.
