About this game
The strip poker loop here is weirdly tense for something so janky. You get a table, some anime parody faces, and a deck that hates you. I lost three hands in a row to a girl who kept pulling flushes out of nowhere. The striptease part kicks in after each win, but the animations feel like someone recorded a screen with a phone. Still, when that card finally flips your way and the bra comes off, the payout hits different. There is a gallery promised somewhere but I never found it. Maybe hidden behind the harder difficulty.
This thing is unpolished on purpose, like the dev said fuck it and shipped the first build. The poker itself is standard five card draw, nothing fancy. You can bluff but the AI calls everything. One time I folded with a pair of tens and the opponent showed a seven high. Laughed out loud. The parody angle means you recognize the characters if you squint, but the art is so rough that it becomes its own thing. A hentai card game where the sex scenes are the reward, except the reward is a few looping frames and a sound effect that sounds like a wet sponge.
The humor lands by accident. Watching a fully clothed anime girl rage quit a poker hand is funnier than any of the actual strip content. And the game never explains the rules of its own scoring, so you just guess. I spent way too long trying to figure out why a straight lost to a pair. It didn't, I just misread the cards. Anyway, the striptease is the main draw but the poker is the real hook, even if the deck is rigged against you. Or maybe I'm just bad. The gallery thing bugs me though. If it exists, it's buried under menus that don't make sense.
