About this game
The doors slam shut and suddenly you're locked in a haunted school with two girls from the Occult Club. That's the whole setup for Absolutely Haunting, a visual novel demo that's rough around the edges but knows exactly what it wants to be. Gabby and Lucy are both acting weird as hell, and not just because there's ghost stuff going on. The tension between the three of you builds fast, and before long you're getting some pretty explicit scenes with both of them. The hentai content is there, no question. Lucy's got this nervous energy that turns into something way more eager once the clothes come off, and Gabby's the type who acts all serious until she's moaning your name in the abandoned classroom.
The art style is simple but the CGs do the job. Some of the faces look a bit off in certain angles, but when the lewd scenes hit, they hit. There's a scene with Gabby bent over a desk that's drawn with way more care than the rest of the game. The writing has that fan-made charm where sometimes the dialogue is genuinely funny and sometimes it's just... there. You can tell this is a demo because the music loops are repetitive and the backgrounds are clearly free assets. The game takes forever to load after you hit New Game, like ten seconds of black screen for no reason.
What bugs me is how the ghost plot just stops halfway. You're investigating, doors slam, girls get horny, and then the demo ends right when the mystery gets interesting. No resolution, just a "to be continued" that leaves you hanging. The farming tag is weird too because there's literally no farming in this, unless you count plowing Gabby in the storage room. For a free demo it's worth a quick play if you want some quick ghost-themed smut with two cute girls, but don't expect a full story yet. The full version promises three times the CGs and original backgrounds, but for now you're getting a taste that ends too soon.
