About this game
I booted up this thing expecting, I don't know, some edgy Invincible parody where I get to live out the power fantasy. What I got was a meditation on the banality of evil, wrapped in AI generated tits and a blood splatter fetish. The art style, the basic one they want you to judge, has this weird, glossy 2DCG look that's simultaneously amateurish and weirdly hypnotic. It's like looking at a corrupted memory of a Newgrounds flash game from 2006. Every character has these massive, physics defying chests, which is standard, but the way they're rendered makes them feel less like sex objects and more like grotesque, fleshy monuments to the protagonist's moral decay. There's an ALT button in the corner that switches to an even more unhinged style, like a bad trip, but I'm not supposed to talk about that. It's a side test, apparently. A philosophical side test.
The core loop is basically just watching a Superman analog, who's a total piece of shit, use his powers to coerce, corrupt, and brutally dominate everyone. And I mean brutally. The graphic violence tag isn't kidding. One minute you're seeing a standard ahegao face during a creampie scene, the next you're staring at gore that makes you question your life choices. It's not just violence, it's the humiliation aspect that gets under your skin. There's a real focus on cheating, on making the "hero" a cuckolding instrument of pure male domination. The corruption isn't just of him, but of the entire world, and you're just clicking through it, complicit.
What's funny is how the janky AI CG actually enhances the horror. The faces during the oral and anal scenes sometimes warp into these uncanny valley masks of pleasure that are more disturbing than the actual blood and guts. It's like the game accidentally stumbled into a perfect visual representation of a soul being hollowed out. I spent twenty minutes just trying to get the "Invincible" guy to not be a complete monster, exhausting every dialogue option, but the game's logic has no room for it. It's a pure, unapologetic slide into a power corrupted nightmare, and the humor, which is there in the parody elements, just makes it more uncomfortable. The animation is stiff. The whole thing feels like a broken toy. I'm not sure if it's broken in a way that's profound or just, you know, broken. Total Omni Man moment, really.
