About this game
I got stuck on the syringe for like ten minutes. Not because of the plot setup, the whole terminal diagnosis thing hits you over the head right away, but the sound. That wet little pop when the plunger goes down. It's way too good for a game that looks like this.
The visuals are that specific AI cg style where everything is glossy in a way that makes my brain itch. Skin textures that feel like polished plastic, anatomy that drifts in and out of logic depending on the scene. You're a king now, transported from your deathbed to some fantasy throne room, and the monster girls and futa slaves crowding around you all have that same slightly off kilter sheen. Big tits, bigger asses, proportions cranked past the point of sense. It's exactly what you'd expect from the tags and also somehow less. The male domination angle is there from frame one, you're literally picking a queen to breed, but the writing keeps undercutting itself with these weird philosophical tangents about power and mortality that nobody asked for.
The sex scenes themselves are where the sound design carries everything. The squelching during the vaginal scenes has this almost too present quality, like someone recorded it separately and just layered it on top. Which they probably did. The anal stuff is wetter than it should be, anatomically speaking, but I'm not complaining. There's a moment with a futa character where the audio mixing gets genuinely impressive, multiple layers of sound that actually sync with what's happening on screen, and I found myself closing my eyes just to focus on the rhythm of it.
The story wants to be deep, with the whole "is this real or just your dying brain" thing, but honestly I kept clicking through dialogue to get to the next scene. The furry designs are hit or miss, some of them look like someone described a cat to an alien and the alien tried their best. One character's tail clips through the throne in three different positions and nobody fixed it. The AI art wobbles are everywhere if you look, extra fingers, weird eye placement, but you're probably not here for the hands.
What I wish someone had told me: the queen selection mechanic doesn't actually lock you into anything, you can just keep going back and trying different options. Which makes the whole "choose your heir's mother" premise feel weightless. But the power fantasy stuff works if you don't think about it too hard, and the domination dialogue, while repetitive, hits that specific degradation kink note consistently enough that I kept the volume up even when the writing got cringey. The game knows what it is, mostly, and sometimes that's enough.
