My fingers remember the click pattern even now. Left card, right card, miss, miss, then that sound. The wet little pop when you get a match. I was on my phone, lying sideways, thumb getting tired from swiping through Nidalee’s cards. She’s got that wild hair, you know the one, and the game wants you to memorize where her mouth goes next. It’s a memory thing, basically. Simon Says but with League girls and way more skin.
The first time I got the Lux and Miss Fortune scene wrong, I actually laughed. Not because it was funny but because the failure animation is just... nothing. They freeze mid motion and you have to start over. Miss Fortune’s red hair was half covering her face and Lux looked like a mannequin. I kept messing up the boob touching sequence, not because it was hard but because the cards all look the same after a while. Blonde, redhead, brunette, they blur together when you’re trying to remember if the next action is anal or oral. The game doesn’t punish you much, just resets the pattern. I wish the cards had more texture, you know? Like if you could feel the difference between Nidalee’s monster form and her regular one. But it’s just flat images. My screen got smudgy from all the tapping.
There’s this one moment where Miss Fortune does this thing with her tongue and you have to repeat it exactly. I got stuck there for maybe ten minutes. Not because I’m bad at memory games, I swear, but because the visual cue is so quick. You blink and you miss which hole she’s aiming for. The game doesn’t explain the rules either, you just figure out that you’re copying a sequence. I kept thinking about how in real life, touch would guide you. Here it’s just eyes and thumbs. The monster hunter parody part is barely there, just a skin on top of the memory mechanic. I wanted more of that, maybe a hunt that goes wrong and leads to... well, you can guess. But no, it’s just cards and clicks and that little wet sound when you get it right.
