About this game
The character designs here are doing something weird to my brain. Mrs. Claus has these proportions that make no anatomical sense but somehow work perfectly, like someone took a Jessica Rabbit sketch and said "more." Her chest is absolutely ridiculous, the kind of thing that would break a real spine, but the artist commits to it so hard I can't help respecting the vision. The elf Rupert looks like he crawled out of a Hot Topic clearance bin circa 2005, all pointy features and this permanent smirk that screams "I know exactly what I'm doing." The whole thing has this Nightmare Before Christmas aesthetic if Tim Burton was really, really horny.
The scene that got me was when Rupert corners Mrs. Claus in what I think is supposed to be the workshop. She's complaining about Santa being too busy, and this elf just goes for it. The blowjob sequence has this exaggerated quality where everything is slightly too big, slightly too wet, slightly too intense. There's a moment where the artist clearly spent way more time on the way her lipstick smears than on any background element in the entire game. Priorities. The animation loops are choppy in a way that's either deliberate or just low budget, but honestly it adds to the whole unpolished charm. Like finding a dirty comic someone drew in study hall.
The sound design is basically nonexistent except for these weird jingle bell effects that play at the most inappropriate moments. I laughed out loud when one started during a particularly intense scene. The interface is clunky and I accidentally clicked past a whole section without realizing it. There's no way to go back. You just have to live with your mistakes, which feels oddly thematic for a game about a neglected wife making questionable choices with the help. The whole thing runs in browser and crashed my phone once, but I restarted it anyway because I needed to see if there was more elf content. There wasn't. That's the thing about this game, it gives you just enough to be frustrated but not enough to be satisfied, which I guess is the whole point of Mrs. Claus's situation now that I think about it.
