The stewardess has these dead eyes. Not intentionally, I don't think. It's the art style, that specific era of browser game where everyone looks slightly sedated and their boobs defy several laws of physics. The whole thing runs on this trial and error logic where you just memorize which cheesy line unlocks the handjob animation. The business trip framing is just an excuse to bounce between locations, office to bar to airplane, collecting scenes like stamps.
