About this game
The Caretaker is what happens when someone looked at a medical drama and thought, yeah, but what if everyone was constantly trying to bang. The setup is dumb as hell in the best way. You're a loser living with mom, then suddenly you're working at some clinic where every woman has back breaking tits and the professional boundaries are nonexistent. Not complaining.
First day on the job and the head doctor, this absolute MILF with an ass that defies physics, is giving you the kind of physical exam that would get a real license revoked permanently. The groping mechanic is simple, just click and grab, but the way the 3D models bounce when you do is genuinely hilarious. It's like watching a horny cartoon where the jiggle physics budget was someone's entire salary. Got a titfuck scene with the nurse in a supply closet before I even figured out what the actual job was supposed to be.
The sandbox stuff means you just wander around this clinic of sin, bumping into situations. There's this futa intern and a GILF administrator who's surprisingly flexible. Found myself in a threesome that started because I walked into the wrong room looking for a file. The pregnancy kink pops up later, and the creampie scenes are about as explicit as you'd want without needing to clear your browser history on your phone. Works smooth on mobile too, which is dangerous.
Gameplay is basically clicking through dialogue and then getting rewarded with animated scenes. The teasing is everywhere. Bent over desks, accidental thighjobs during "exams", a handjob scene where she maintains eye contact the whole time like a predator. Voice acting would've sent this over the edge but whatever, my neighbor already thinks I'm weird enough. The story pretends to be a sitcom but let's be real, you're here to see how many ways the male protag can finish inside the staff. Oh and the big tits tag? Massive understatement.
