About this game
My mouse cursor is basically a pair of digital eyes at this point, just dragging around the screen from one dark window to another. The game never bothers to explain why our protagonist, this total peeping tom, is just creeping around the city at night. He just is. And honestly, the sheer lack of polish in the animations is something else. When you zoom in on a scene, like this one maid changing out of her uniform, her arm just clips straight through her torso and I genuinely snorted my drink. It's so mechanically broken. But then you get a scene where a woman is just going at it solo on her bed, completely lost in it, and the janky movements somehow make it feel more raw, more like you're actually watching something you shouldn't be.
The whole thing is just point and click, find the hot spots, zoom. That's the loop. You're not a character, you're just a floating viewpoint. There's this one apartment where a woman in what I can only call a hyper-simplified anime maid outfit, the kind that's a few lines away from being a stick figure, is doing this thing where she slowly lifts her skirt to adjust a garter. The animation takes about five seconds and loops endlessly. I watched it for maybe two minutes figuring out if it would ever change. It doesn't. I'm still annoyed by that, a simple state change after one loop would've been a huge deal. But the voyeur angle, it taps right into that old browser game era, you know, the ones we definitely never played on a family computer. The whole setup is less a game and more a series of zero-interactivity peep shows where your only power is how hard you scroll that mouse wheel.
The art screams of that specific early 2000s vector look, like a forgotten Newgrounds submission you'd click on and immediately close if your parents walked by. Actually playing it feels like sorting through a hard drive you haven't touched in a decade. One scene you're zooming into a steamy bathroom where a silhouette is touching themselves, the steam effect is literally just a semi-transparent white blob, and the next you're looking at a girl in a school uniform staring blankly into a mirror, doing nothing. It's a static image jpg and the game dares calls it a masturbation scene. The inconsistency is almost the point. It's a collection of horny fragments duct taped together, and for the complete lack of anything resembling a conclusion or pay-off, the whole thing left me weirdly glued to the screen, waiting for the next broken, explicit loop to load.
