The card flips. A six of hearts. My thumb is already moving before my brain catches up. That’s the whole thing, really. Quick Tricks doesn’t pretend to be anything other than what it is: a reflex test wrapped in a schoolgirl uniform, and honestly? The blonde on the screen knows exactly what she’s doing to you.

The premise is almost too simple. Cards appear, you react faster than the AI opponent, and if you win, she loses a piece of clothing. The reaction mechanic feels like someone crossed a shitty mobile game with a strip poker night where everyone forgot the actual poker rules. Sometimes I’m not even looking at the cards anymore, just watching her fidget with the hem of her skirt between rounds. The real model they used has this look. Not quite bored, not quite eager. Something in between that makes the whole arcade setup feel dirtier than it should.

The striptease is the reward but also the distraction. That’s the trick, right? You’re supposed to be quick, but the game keeps throwing these little animations at you. A button comes undone. The uniform shifts. And suddenly you’ve missed three cards in a row because you were staring at a collarbone. The AI opponent doesn’t have this problem. It just wins, mechanical and unforgiving, while you’re busy being human and stupid.

Wish there was more variety in the outfits. The schoolgirl thing works but after a few rounds you start imagining what else she could wear. Or not wear. The card game itself gets repetitive fast, though I keep coming back to it. Not for the cards. Never for the cards. The reflex arcade part is almost annoying enough to quit, except then she leans forward and you remember why you’re really here.

Work ★ 2.3 Factory v0.2 This game, what the fuck. It's like eating a stale cracker in a damp basement, but somehow you keep chewing. You know those AI CG images that are all over the place now, with that specific glossy sheen? It uses those, and at first I was like, this looks like a cheap mobile ad. The animations are janky, the interface feels like it was coded on a calculator, and sometimes you click and nothing happens for a long second. It's unpolished on purpose, they say, and they really meant it. Like, the first domination scene in the factory office, the supervisor's face does this weird thing where her eye just kind of slides off her cheekbone for a frame. It's not a bug, it's almost a feature, a glitch in the dystopian nightmare. It distracted me so much I forgot I was supposed to be angry about my character's shitty life. The whole setup is a grey, soul crushing factory, and you're a worker drone. Pure male domination fantasy fuel, right out of a certain corner of the internet. The thing is, it understands the slow, grinding boredom of work. The clicking to stamp metal sheets, the clock ticking, the same two sad hallway backgrounds. It creates this heavy, dusty atmosphere. Then your supervisor calls you in. The power dynamic is so blunt it's almost a parody, but the stilted dialogue, probably translated by a machine that's given up, makes it weirdly hot? It's like reading a script for a porn video found in a forgotten geocities page. The multiple choices are classic, simple branching paths that lead to four endings. I tried to be the "good" guy, the one protecting some fragile light or whatever the blurb said, and it led to a scene so depressingly bleak, the sex felt like an afterthought. Like a sad, obligatory handjob in a supply closet. But then I leaned into the domination. Became the asshole. The working scenes got different, the requests got bolder. There's this one moment where you can rat out a coworker for a smoke break, and the look on her AI generated face, a perfect blend of betrayal and dead pixels, was more satisfying than any of the actual explicit scenes. The sex is there, it's direct and messy and uses language that some dictionary from 2003 thought was dirty. The pacing is a meal where you only get a crumb every hour. Which, I guess, is the point of the dystopian thing, but it still makes you want to throw your mouse. The "work" mechanic isn't a game, it's a waiting penalty. You just... wait. Click. Wait. The therapist in me says the characters' desires are just for a clean break, a moment of real power in a powerless world, which this game gives you in the most clunky, unpolished, and strangely memorable way. This one actually pulls off the clever part, mostly. Honey Select models doing absurdist comedy while a monster plot brews in the background. The pirate girl who might kill you in your sleep, that's not a joke, she's genuinely unhinged and I love her for it. Big ass, big tits, all the standard Honey Select proportions but the writing makes them feel like actual characters instead of walking sex dolls. Sometimes. The blackmail route caught me off guard. Not because it's particularly dark, but because the pov shifts make you feel like a creep even when you're supposedly the hero. Male protagonist, virgin, surrounded by a harem of cosplay obsessed classmates. Standard setup. But then the voyeurism kicks in and suddenly you're not sure if you're playing a comedy or something that'll get you on a watchlist. The teasing is relentless, scenes build up and then the game pulls back, laughing at you. It's frustrating in the best way. Spent way too long in the empty house at the start. The father mystery letter thing, who cares honestly, I was just clicking through to get to the school setting. Dumbarton. What a name for a town. The horror elements sneak up though, one minute you're dealing with a girl who thinks she's a pirate captain, next minute there's a monster and the comedy turns sour. The 3dcg isn't polished, Honey Select never is, but the jank adds to the fever dream quality. Like watching a cam show where the girl keeps breaking character to laugh at her own setup. That's the vibe. Not sure if intentional but it works. The two routes thing, they say equal effort but the harem path feels more fleshed out. Or maybe I just prefer the absurdist comedy over the horror. The virgin protagonist thing gets old fast but the cosplay scenes, when they finally happen, are worth the wait. Big tits everywhere, obviously, this is Honey Select, but the monster design is actually creepy which I didn't expect. Contradicting myself here but the game is both too slow and perfectly paced. Don't think about it too hard. Every dialogue choice feels like picking which finger to cut off. Do you confront her? Do you pretend the feed froze? Do you stroke yourself while crying? Yeah, that last one's an actual option. The setup is simple. Mars colony, three people, isolation eating away at the social contract. You're the mission commander, supposed to be in charge. But authority means nothing when the air is recycled and the nearest cop is fifty million kilometers away. Lex, the engineer, starts small. A hand on her shoulder during a systems check. Laughing at his jokes more than yours. The visual novel format strips everything down to faces and text, no fancy animations to hide behind. Sometimes the art looks rushed, proportions a bit off. But honestly? That jank adds to the wrongness. Nothing should feel polished when your marriage is imploding in a tin can on a dead planet. The voyeuristic dread is the real star here. Scenes where you're "asleep" but listening. The sound of zippers. Wet noises. Her trying to stay quiet and failing. The game understands that NTR isn't about the sex, it's about the exclusion. Being locked out of your own relationship while someone else turns the key. There's a moment where you find her panties stuffed behind a control panel and the game just lets you stare at them. No dialogue, no prompt. Just you and the evidence. Wish there was more variation in the endings, but the journey to get there leaves bruises. The psychological collapse feels earned, which is a weird thing to say about a porn game where a guy in a spacesuit rails your wife.
