About this game

The roulette wheel in Hot Holidays is a liar, plain and simple. It spins with this cheap little click sound that reminds me of a broken fidget spinner, and I swear the ball lands on zero way more than any real casino would allow. But then that gallery unlocks. And I see her, the one with the blue swimsuit barely holding on, her tits practically doing that anime bounce without even moving. That's the real payout, isn't it? The money counter at the top is just a score for how many pixels of skin you've earned. I dumped all my virtual chips on 17 black because that's my go-to, and the game gave me a sequence of a girl adjusting her top. The fabric was clipping through her skin in a way that made me laugh, but also, I didn't close the tab.

This whole thing feels like a summer episode where the budget ran out, so they just drew the fan service and forgot about the plot. You pick a number, you win some coins, you get a picture. That's it. The roulette table is just a static image, and the chips stack in a way that makes no mathematical sense. I got obsessed with trying to get the gallery for the redhead with the floatie. She's got this expression, like she's bored but knows exactly what she's doing. I lost all my fake money three times in a row betting on 23. The game doesn't punish you, it just resets your stack with a pathetic little number. It's like the dealer is embarrassed for you.

I wish there was some kind of interaction with the girls beyond just collecting their stills. A little reaction when you win big, a voice line, anything. But no, you just stare at the wheel, and then you stare at the jpg. The whole thing runs in my browser next to a dozen other tabs, and it doesn't care if I pay attention. I found myself just letting it spin on red while I scrolled elsewhere, glancing back only when the little win jingle played. That jingle is now stuck in my head, a five-note loop that means another shot of a girl's back arching in the sun. The tanlines in the art are a nice touch, a detail that feels almost too good for the rest of the package.
