About this game
The token slot is literally an ass. Not shaped like one, not a clever pun on the menu, just a jiggly digital butt on the screen that you have to keep feeding these little coins into. I don't know what I expected from something called Ass-Token Subway but the commitment to the bit made me laugh out loud, which is not the usual reaction I have to a game where a real model is slowly undressing.
She starts off fully clothed, this bored looking woman on a subway platform, and the whole thing runs on a loop. You click to earn tokens, you feed them to the butt, a meter fills up. The sound design is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. The wet slap of the token going in, the low hum of what I'm assuming is the train, her heels clicking on the concrete. It's all very sparse and echoey, like a real station at night when nobody's around. The visuals are deliberately rough, almost like someone filmed it on a phone from ten years ago, which actually makes it feel more voyeuristic than if it were polished. You're not watching a production, you're watching something you shouldn't be.
She takes off her top. The token requirement jumps. I'm clicking faster. The dildo appears from behind her back like a magic trick and suddenly we're not just stripping anymore, we're in a full show. The pace of the clicking versus the pace of her movements creates this strange tension. She's slow, deliberate, almost taunting. I'm hammering my mouse like I'm trying to win an eBay auction. There's no music, just those ambient station sounds and the occasional wet noise that I'm not going to describe further but you can imagine. The whole thing is absurd and somehow still hot, which I think says more about me than the game. The token counter resets and she's putting something back on and I realize I've been holding my breath. That's the loop. That's the whole thing. And I'm going back in.
