About this game
City is fucked, literally and also with zombies or virus or whatever, and suddenly you are the only one in a clean suit calling yourself “mayor” like that means anything now. Half the people still alive are horny, the rest are crazy, and some are both, which is where it gets interesting. The game throws you into this broken-down town hall where the previous council is gone and you walk around deciding if laws are real or just foreplay. You sit in the mayor office, girl in tight skirt bending over your desk pretending she needs “permission” to leave quarantine, and you’re like yeah ok but only after you show me what you’re hiding under that jacket. Next click she’s on her knees, lipstick smeared, and there’s this fucked up feeling of “I’m helping the city” while you watch from behind the desk like a creep. Sometimes you actually feel like you’re managing a disaster. Most of the time you’re just managing where your dick goes next.
The choices hit fast, and a lot of them are quietly nasty. You tell a desperate wife you’ll fake her immunity papers, then decide if she just sucks you off behind the curtains or if you drag her to the balcony and make her do it where the infected can see. There’s one scene where you make two girls from the same neighborhood “prove they’re not infected” and somehow it ends with them tongue-deep in each other on your office couch, tits out, leaving stains everywhere, while you just sit there like a corrupt superhero approving “citizen recovery programs.” I liked that, not gonna lie, even if one of the faces is doing that exaggerated ahegao thing that looks more stupid than hot sometimes. Still clicked though. You get a couple powers too, not like Marvel bullshit, more like freaky paranormal side effects of the virus, and you can push people’s heads a bit, twist their morals, turn shy civil servant into full-on exhibitionist who “accidentally” forgets underwear every time she brings you a document. At one point I made this previously strict inspector walk naked through the infected zone holding a clipboard like that was her uniform, and the game just lets you watch from a safe high place. Total voyeur treat.
Sometimes it pretends to care about right or wrong, but the corruption path is clearly where the effort went. You pass a “public health” law that’s basically a legal excuse to fondle anyone you want, and the dialogue leans into it so hard it almost becomes parody of itself. One girl with ridiculous huge boobs “offers herself as a test subject” and you’re given a button to accept or “strongly encourage,” which is just code for harder domination. There’s also a scene with a rival official who thinks she can still tell you what to do. Five clicks later she’s bent over the city map, big ass shaking while you pound her and make her swear loyalty to the new order. Felt kind of repetitive for a moment, I kept expecting the game to surprise me with something other than “fuck them into obedience,” but then it throws a lesbian-only branch where the women you twisted end up forming their own little harem under your rules, and suddenly you’re just watching like some pervert god, letting them eat each other out in a ruined council chamber while the virus spreads outside. I hated how the text sometimes repeats certain lines, like the writer got lazy, but by that point I already had one hand off the mouse, so yeah. It’s that kind of game.
