About this game
I tracked 14 different customer interactions before I realized the pharmacy counter is basically a sex checkpoint. That’s not a complaint. The game knows exactly what it is and doesn’t pretend otherwise.
The whole thing runs on a loop where people walk in with normal problems, headaches, back pain, whatever, and the staff just... escalate. There’s this one scene with a delivery guy who comes in for muscle relief and suddenly the pharmacist is demonstrating “deep tissue techniques” that definitely aren’t covered by any medical license. The dialogue is surprisingly sharp for something this unpolished. The art has that rough hentai sketch quality where proportions shift between scenes, sometimes the boobs are just absurdly massive, sometimes they’re merely huge. The big cock tag isn’t lying either, there’s a customer who might as well be carrying a third leg and the game treats it with this deadpan seriousness that actually made me laugh.
The kinetic novel structure means you’re just clicking through. No choices, no branching paths, which I normally hate but here it works because the writing carries this weird momentum. You want to see what ridiculous “treatment” comes next. The pharmacy setting is oddly specific and they commit to it. Every scene ties back to some health complaint, even when the solution involves positions that would probably cause new injuries.
I spent way too long trying to figure out if there’s a hidden counter for how many times the word “prescription” gets used as innuendo. There isn’t. I checked. That’s the kind of thing I do.
The humor lands more often than it misses, though some jokes repeat. The working tag is accurate, everyone’s on the clock, which adds this layer of “we really shouldn’t be doing this during business hours” tension. The big ass representation is generous across the board. What was I saying? Right, the unlockables. There aren’t many. Just scene replays basically. For a game about a pharmacy, the replay value is more like a single dose than a full course of treatment. But that first playthrough hits different when you stop expecting a game and just let it be what it is, a filthy comedy with surprisingly decent pacing.
