But fine. The game knows what it is. You die, you wake up in fantasy land, you can literally grow or shrink tits on any girl who lets you touch her. Which, turns out, is most of them if you play the harem route right. The whole thing runs on Honey Select 2 assets so everyone looks like they walked out of a VERY specific render pipeline, but honestly the jank is part of the charm. The sandbox structure means you wander around, talk to waifus, trigger scenes. There's handjobs in the forest, creampies in the inn, the usual.
