You ever click through a game so fast you miss the point where it got weird and you have to backtrack? No? Just me then. This exorcist thing, I start it thinking it’s going to be all spoopy ghosts and maybe some goth girls with issues. And there are curses, sure. The horror tag is there for a reason, something about a hallway and a face without eyes that actually made me spill my drink. But then. Then you’re not just fighting these things, you’re trying to get your dick wet with the ghosts themselves.

I can’t even. There’s a specter named something I can’t pronounce, and the dialogue option was literally to offer her a “cursed warmth” and I thought, oh, a fire spell? No. Her ectoplasm tits were bouncing and my pants were down. The translation is delightfully broken in places, like it was run through seven different languages before english. “Your rod of destiny glows with unclean light” okay buddy, calm down. The crossover element is wild too, because sometimes I swear I recognize a character from a pirate show or a fighting anime, just wearing a priestess outfit now. Copyright? What’s that?

So a ghost is exorcising other ghosts. That’s either deep or the writer forgot their own lore by page three. The humor is unintentional gold. A horny, clunky mess that’s half horror, half hentai logic, and the romance scenes unlock in an order that makes no narrative sense. You’ll be mid-battle and suddenly you’re in a love hotel.
