About this game
The goddaughter, right? She's got this thing where she can feel what you feel, like an emotional sponge, and the first time it really kicks in during a quiet moment in her room, the screen just sort of pulses. You pick a dialogue option that's meant to be comforting, a hand on the shoulder, but the CG hentai scene that follows is anything but. It's a slow burn, her wide eyes and the way the text describes her power amplifying the heat between them until she's practically trembling. The art style is that polished CG hentai look, all glossy skin and improbable proportions, which normally I'd say feels a bit stiff, but here it works because the whole plot is about hidden currents under a normal surface.
The secret she's carrying, the one that could ruin lives, it's the kind of taboo that makes you click through dialogue a little faster. I spent way too long on a scene with the ex-wife, who shows up unannounced with a casserole and a smirk that could cut glass. Her character model is all curves and knowing glances, and there's a power play in the conversation where you can either shut her down or let her reminisce about old times. I chose the latter, obviously, and the resulting scene was a messy, angry hookup on the kitchen counter that felt more like a fight than anything else. The stepdaughter is a different flavor entirely, sporty and direct, and her scenes have this competitive edge that's a nice break from all the heavy emotional weight. The mystery exchange student though, she feels like a plot device that hasn't fully paid off yet, just lurking in the background with cryptic comments. I wish the game let you explore her more, but I get the feeling she's sequel bait. The writing sometimes trips over itself trying to explain the empathic power mechanics, like it's a superhero origin story instead of a visual novel about forbidden fruit. But then you get a scene where the goddaughter's power goes haywire during a thunderstorm, and the text just floods with her sensations, and you forget all about the clunky exposition.
