About this game
You know that thing where a hentai game has all the budget in the world for the CGs but the actual UI looks like a Windows 95 error message? That’s this. The mystical wish premise is basically a flimsy blanket thrown over a bed of really explicit art, and I’m not complaining, just saying. The core loop is reading text, having a character ask you something, and then the screen fills with a high quality CG that makes you forget the font choice is a war crime. The magic system is just a plot device to get the clothes off, which, fair enough.
The relationship building feels like speed dating in a fever dream. One moment you’re talking about the ethics of a wish, the next you’re balls deep in a scene that’s drawn with way more love than the dialogue leading up to it. There’s this one CG with a girl and some kind of glowing rune on her thigh, and the lighting is so good it almost hurts. Then the text box covers the best part and you have to click through a dozen lines of someone saying “but is this what you really wanted?” while you’re just trying to see the full illustration. The adult content is raw, uncensored, and anatomically generous, no complaints there. It’s not trying to be classy, it’s trying to get you off, and it mostly succeeds.
The whole thing is a visual novel, so don’t expect to do anything but click and read. The story about wishes going wrong is genuinely interesting for about five minutes, then it becomes a delivery mechanism for the next CG. Feels like the writer had a real existential crisis halfway through and the artist just kept drawing spread eagle shots. The magic tag? It’s just a glowing filter over a sex scene, I’m not mad at it. I do wish the choices mattered more, but honestly, when a game looks like this, am I really there for the branching narrative? The sound design is nonexistent, which is jarring when a character is supposed to be moaning and you’re just sitting in silence like a pervert. Still, for a quick fap with some surprisingly beautiful art, it’s a solid pick from the back catalog. Just don’t think about the wish logic too hard.
