The princess puzzle was broken for a while but it's fixed now, which is good because that's where things get properly weird. You've got this cake sitting there and the whole setup feels like someone's fever dream after watching too many hentai and then trying to code while horny. Not complaining. The art style is deliberately rough, like the creator said fuck it we're doing this in MS Paint and honestly that adds something. Makes it feel more personal, less sterile than those polished games where everyone looks like plastic dolls. The choice system isn't complicated but it doesn't need to be. You click things, stuff happens, sometimes you get a scene that makes you go oh okay that's where this is going. The humor lands more often than it should for something called Dungeons&Morons. There's this one moment with the princess where the dialogue options made me snort my drink. Not going to spoil it but let's just say the game knows exactly what it is and doesn't pretend otherwise. The puzzle aspect is light, more like clicking around until something clicks back, but the payoffs are worth the minimal effort. Wish there was more content though, three puzzles is barely enough to get invested before it's over. The Patreon link is right there so I guess more is coming, but right now it's like getting a taste and then the kitchen closes. You can apparently send nudes to the dev and get added to the game which is either the most brilliant or most unhinged community engagement strategy I've ever seen. The whole thing runs in browser so no downloads, no fuss, just open and go. The quest structure is loose but that's fine because you're not here for deep RPG mechanics. You're here because sometimes you want something that feels like it was made by an actual human being with actual kinks instead of a committee trying to maximize engagement metrics. The cake puzzle specifically has this one interaction that I kept coming back to, something about the way the character reacts just hits different. Not going to pretend this is some masterpiece but it's got personality and that's more than most adult games manage.
