About this game
The grandfather’s house smells like old wood and something floral, maybe from her. She’s always there, leaning over the kitchen counter, and the game just lets you look. I mean really look. The camera drifts when you click, and suddenly you’re staring at the curve of her back while she talks about grocery shopping. It’s not subtle. Beautyfield doesn’t know the word subtle. It’s like someone took a teenage notebook sketch and made it into a clickable thing, all big tits and impossible asses, and the lactation thing shows up way earlier than you’d think. I clicked a dialogue option about helping with chores and next thing there’s milk. Okay then.
The sandbox part is weirdly loose. You wander this small town, bump into neighbors, their moms mostly, and the virgin protagonist acts like he’s never seen a woman before. Which, I guess, is the point. I spent twenty minutes just circling the park because I forgot where the blacksmith was, wait no, there’s no blacksmith. I was thinking of another game. Here it’s just houses and a shop and the voyeurism mechanic where you can peek through a fence at the lady next door hanging laundry. She caught me and the game just reset the scene. No consequence. Like a dream where you fall but never hit the ground.
The groping minigame is a whole thing. It’s clumsy, you drag the mouse and the animation stutters, but it’s got this raw energy. Like outsider art. The 3D models are plastic but somehow that makes it dirtier. I wish the adventure parts had more actual adventure, maybe a cave or something, but it’s all just unlocking the next scene with the milf next door. The incest tag is there if you squint at the “staying with family” setup but it’s more about the neighbor’s mom anyway. My save file corrupted once and I just stared at the screen. Didn’t even care. Dare to play it alone, or invite company?
